Phase I: Where the Wild Starts Working
Phase I is all about the groundwork — literally. Think off-grid glamping sites nestled among evergreens and open meadows, each one designed for stillness and sustainability. Guests wake up to mountain light instead of phone alerts, and that’s kind of the point.
As with all 500 Acres properties, Yellowstone 500 is cash-flowing land with purpose — proof that comfort and conservation can coexist. Every tent, trail, and campfire circle is part of a larger ecosystem — one that values both experience and stewardship.
Phase II: Building the Future, One Lesson at a Time
Here, the next generation doesn’t just study sustainability — they live it. Through six steps of hands-on building and design training, Fellows will learn how to create in harmony with nature. Guided by artists in residence, local craftspeople, and an award-winning architect, they’ll turn ideas into structures — and structures into community.
This isn’t about pretty renderings or one-time projects. It’s about learning how to build what lasts — with the land, not over it.
Phase III: Giving the Land Back
And then comes the best part. Over time, Yellowstone 500 transitions into something bigger than a business — a shared legacy. Through a structured employee and community ownership program, the people who build, maintain, and love this land will have the opportunity to earn real ownership in it.
It’s a model rooted in respect — returning the land to the hands that care for it most, while keeping investor returns strong and purpose intact.
